Fishing Tip / Report from The King Fisher Fly Shop

Happy, happy times up on The Blackfoot right now. The flows have continued to drop and the tubers are out in full force on the lower river. Hitting it early in the morning is the way to go. Fishing has been better in the morning anyways. Goldens and hoppers have been the go to bugs. Caddis and PMD’s have also been getting some good looks. For nymphs use big rubber legs, MacGruber nymphs, San Juan worms, CDC p-tails, purple princes, and double bead stones. For streamers use sex dungeons, sparkle minnows, and sculpzillas.
HATCHES: baetis, mothers day caddis, grey drakes, salmonflies
